 * E-liquids/Pods: This includes all items containing e-liquid, such as pre-filled pods, disposable vapes, bottled e-liquids, and any other liquid-based vaping products.

 

 * Tanks/Rebuildables (RDA/RDTA systems): Due to their intricate design and potential for prior use or modification, we cannot accept returns on tanks or rebuildable atomizers.

 

 * Coils/Cartomizers: These are consumable items and cannot be returned for hygiene and quality control reasons.

 

 * Batteries/Chargers: For safety and to prevent potential misuse or damage, batteries and chargers are non-returnable.

 

 * Open, Used, Discounted, Sale, or Promotional Items: Any item that has been opened, used, is sold at a discounted price, is a final sale item, or was part of a promotion is not eligible for return.

 

 * Nicotine Pouches or any smokeless tobacco product: For health and regulatory reasons, these items are non-returnable.

 

 * Alternative Products: This includes, but is not limited to, CBD, CBN, CBG, H4, and other similar alternative products.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items Upon Arrival:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. To process your claim, please provide the following:

 

 * Your order number.

 

 * Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging (if applicable).

 

 * A description of the issue (e.g., damage, incorrect item received).

 

Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement of the damaged or incorrect item, provided it is in stock. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a store credit or a refund for the affected item(s).

 

Return Shipping for Damaged or Incorrect Items:

 

If we require you to return a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please do not ship the item back without prior authorization and the provided label.

 

General Return Shipping:

 

As stated in your initial draft, for any returns that may be considered under specific circumstances (which are limited as per the "Non-Returnable Items" section), return shipping labels must be provided and paid for by the customer and will not be reimbursed by Owyhee Vapes LLC.
