Shipping and Transit Times:

 

 * Owyhee Vapes LLC does not guarantee shipping or transit times. Once your order leaves our facility, the delivery timeframe is determined by the shipping carrier you select at checkout.

 

 * The estimated delivery times provided by the carrier are not guaranteed by us.

 

 * Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if your package is delayed or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe provided by the carrier.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy:

 

 * It is crucial that you carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Please ensure all information, including street number, street name, apartment or unit numbers (if applicable), city, state, and zip code, is accurate and complete.

 

 * Errors or omissions in your shipping address can lead to significant delays in transit or cause your order to be returned to us.

 

Reshipping Returned Orders:

 

 * If your order is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, we will notify you via email.

 

 * We will not reship the order until it is returned to our facility and you have paid the full cost to reship the order to a corrected address.

 

Lost or Undelivered Packages:

 

 * If your order is delivered to the shipping address you verified on your order and you have not received it for any reason, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a trace or investigation.

 

 * Owyhee Vapes LLC is not held liable for any package(s) that have been shipped to a verified shipping address that you confirmed during the checkout process. Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, we have no control over its transit or final delivery.

 

Liability for Delays, Loss, or Theft:

 

 * Owyhee Vapes LLC is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen items after they have been successfully dropped off with the designated shipping carrier. Any claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the carrier.

 

Shipping to PO Boxes:

 

 * We do NOT ship to Post Office (PO) Boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address for all orders. Orders with PO Box addresses will be canceled.
